Optical networking technologies vendor, Precision OT has acquired Opticonx, a U.S.-based manufacturer of fibre optic cabling components and systems. The strategic move is designed to further strengthen Precision OT’s position in the optical networking market and enhance its capabilities to serve a wider range of applications.
This strategic decision is designed to bring together two organisations with shared values and a mutual commitment to supporting broadband connectivity worldwide. The acquisition has recently been finalised and integration efforts are currently underway.
